NOTE THAT UNTIL BYLAWS ARE FORMALLY ADOPTED BY THE COMMUNITY THE FOLLOWING IS NOT SET IN STONE BUT REFLECTS THE GENERAL WISHES OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE:

Meetings are generally held monthly and are open to all, but only members are allowed to vote.

All residents, owners, and business representatives within the bounds of the neighborhood, as defined by our Bylaws, are eligible for membership in the association. No dues are required for membership or voting rights. 

Although dues are not required for membership or vote eligibility, we may offer an option for sponsorships or donations to fund programs and the communication tools we use to keep you informed about what’s going on in the ‘hood.”
